What's your favorite supplement or supplement company?

I love reading about different supplements and learning what works. Right now I'm in a gaining phase and trying for muscle growth. I'm trying some new supplements from Gaspari Nutrition, a company moving up in the bodybuilding world and I love their newest member of Team Gaspari, Ava Cowan...SHE ROCKS! SuperPump is a preworkout drink to help boost energy and has all kinds of goodies in it for muscle group. I use grape flavor and it's good. This is my first day on it and should feel the full effects in three days. This may become my favorite but I love Scivation's Xtend powder. Name your favorite!

Hi Dana, I'm not sure I've commented before. I am a BIG fan of Beverly International. I love the UMP- vanilla is my personal favorite for that powder. I use the Glutamine & BCAA powder during workouts and for a pump and boost of energy without the shakes or crash, I love UPlift, though it is pricey. I've used other Beverly products, but at this point those are my staples and I am focusing on whole foods.

I love Beverly too! I used their supplements for precontest dieting. I've been using SuperPump 250 the past two days so far I like it. Probably similar to Uplift and also no shakes or crash. Thanks for posting!

I have been wanting to buy the Superpump but I dont think I would like the flavors. Not a grape fan. I love using "Fast Twitch" in red at the gym. It tastes like a slushy. (slushie??) Anyway...it cots 3 bucks a bottle though so I may need to find a new brand.

My favorite is just plain old L-Carnitine, I never miss taking it before my workouts it is the BEST FAT LOSS supplement EVER!!! Doesn't matter what brand, liquid or powder it just works for me...

I have heard of L-Carnitine being used as a fat loss supplement. I had considered adding it to my precontest diet if I hit a plateau and I didn't so I never used it. Now would be a perfect time to try it. I would like to get about five pounds off in the next month. I'll try it and see how it works. Thanks for reminding me!

I don't use any supplement this type. I this it is directly of indirectly harmful to us after long time. So it is very important to every body that don't use this type of any body increasing or stamina increasing supplements from marketing. Use natural things like some types of foods, fruits Juice, Shacks etc. Which are very helpful to increase your body and stamina.

For me the best supplement is natural supplement.
